The flowers I ordered look nothing like the flowers I received. If there was a shortage or any reason whatsoever, the store was able to contact me and did not. Would have been willing to pay more for a better arrangement if I knew the delivered arrangement wasn't going to be like the picture advertised. As someone who lives out of state I expect my order to be exactly what I ordered. (especially on mother's day)
