I ordered the Lamb Rogan Josh and it was an amazing experience! The lamb was super tender, cooked perfectly, and well-seasoned. The sauce had a deep, rich flavor full of spices — warm, aromatic, and layered with taste, just like authentic Indian cuisine. The portion was generous, with a good amount of meat (which is essential for this dish). It pairs really well with basmati rice or naan.
The only suggestion would be to better balance the amount of sauce and meat, but overall, it was a delicious and well-prepared meal. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys real Indian food, especially if you love bold and comforting dishes!

I've had a lot of Basmati Rice, but this is definitely the best Basmati Rice I've ever had. The veggie Vegetable Samosas (2 Pieces) were perfect, and the potatoes in the filling were perfectly done. The sauces were excellent as well. The Achar wasn't too salty and paired well with the Basmati Rice. The prices were fantastic for the high quality of the food!

Food is very authentic. Our go to Indian food is from Indian Bistro.
If they add Naan to their menu we would love to have. We miss Naan when we order Indian food. I have tried all their vegetarian entrees. My whole family enjoys food from Bistro. Their chicken biriyani and chicken entrees are very tasty. I have no problem in recommending this place to any of my friends and family.

The place can vary tremendously based on what you are eating.
Dahi papdi chat - 2 - dont expect the traditional papdi, they serve namakpara as papdi. Bad combo
Saag chicken - 2.5 - couldnt muster more than spoonful of saag, came with way too many pieces of chicken - was also quite bland
Samosas - 4.5 - one of the best in town!

The sauce in the Paneer Makhani lacks flavor and depth. Chicken Kadai is ok. Portions are on the smaller size. Paratha is a bit greasy. Overall, there are better indian places in the area, so I wouldn't order again.
