I never received the ice cream i ordered. Within the box of cookies there was 1/2 of a cookie. For how expensive one cookie is that is proportionately a significant value relative to the total order..

I ordered deluxe cookie with 2 scoops of ice cream x2. The cookies we got were hard and small for deluxe also got 1 scoop of ice cream on both orders, not the 2 scoops per order like I paid for. This isnt the first time they messed up the order. Some where I will not order from anymore. They charge more than the best bakery's in boston, yet are inconsistent and not worth the $$$

I have purchased these cookies numerous times, they have always been delicious! Very disappointed this time. Cookies were thin, and hard. Not the usual soft and moist inside. Even more so there was no sugar/confetti cookies or cookie cake that I have purchased each time. Unfortunate, Will rethink future purchase.
The vanilla ice cream with cookie dough topping was delicious

Cookies were delicious. Paid $15+ for a pint of ice cream that wasn't full and lacked one of two ordered toppings though. Hopefully it'll be better next time.
