Delicious, and great service! The only downside was that the Ice Cream in a Cup was incredibly small - nowhere near enough for a side with more than one or maybe two of the cookies in spite of being advertised as a great addon for the six-pack. When I initially looked at it, I thought they must have forgotten one of my scoops, but the two were there, just miniature.
The cookies freeze very well and can be turned into a delightful treat over days to come. :) Adored the peanut butter.

Ice cream in a cup was good but super small. Not worth $6. The cookies had good flavor but they were way too sweet. And I like my cookies soft but a lot of these I couldn't pick up whole, they would just break apart.

Small and basic. In the same class as a grocery store pull and bake cookie. There's nothing wrong with that, it's just not worth $3 per cookie.
They made a substitution without asking, and their delivery driver, who said they work directly for Insomnia Cookies, refused to enter our apartment building and had us meet them outside. A small inconvenience, but what an absurd policy for a place that delivers.

Everything is wam, buttery and baked to albsolute perfection! This was my first time ordering from Insomnia, but it did not disappoint. The cookies, brookie and blondie were all warm, but notsomuch as to melt the icing on the Loaded Brownie! These are a MUST-HAVE!

I ordered the 6 pack and 5 of the 6 cookies were inedible. They were hard and definitely not warm. All of them were overcooked, especially the macadamia nut and chocolate chunk which I had to throw away. so disappointed
