The cookies are amazing. But when you have your order delivered, they take it upon themselves to make a few substitutions. We rarely get the exact cookies we ordered! We find this amusing, but if you're anal retentive, get ready for some first world disappointment.

Steven was absolutely amazing and so quick! He is a gem of an employee, so friendly. The cookies were cold and tasted like sand. Not thrilled to have overpaid for crappy cookies.

They didn't deliver the ice cream the first time and when they did, they only delivered the pint half full. Really bad value for the money.

Second time in a row the vegan cookies are hard as a rock, like they've been reheated too many times. Very disappointing

I was called and told my order being delayed because it was going to be done fresh I love that they anticipated that and informed me all there cookies are amazing
