They delivered without part of my order at first and immediately realized and came back with the missing item as well as 4 extra cookies (while the first batch was still warm) to apologize for their mistake. Fantastic service at this location and of course fantastic cookies!

The delivery person went above and beyond on a sweltering day delivering fresh cookies to my elderly aunt who was trapped in her 5th floor apartment because the elevator was out. Great people, great fresh cookies. Can't say enough nice things.

Peanut Butter Fudge Classic wasn't great. the fudge pieces were burnt and didn't taste like fudge. they seemed more like crispy cookie pieces. .
other cookies were great as usual.

Put gluten free cookie together with other cookies, couldn't eat it
