the driver went to the wrong place, but once he called and got that situated, the cookies were AMAZING

The cookies lately are overcooked and crunchy. Last time I ordered, they delivered to the wrong apartment. Disappointing because they used to be so good.

I did not receive my loaded brownie cookie, just a brownie. I did not get my Ice cream cup. My deluxe cookie was burnt. I did receive a box of 4 cookies and 12 mini cookies I did not order. I would have rather the items been cancelled and refunded than getting stuff I didnt want. Or an explanation at all would have been nice as well. Insomnia is expensive and I would like a choice in what I get.
