Product quality has completely bottomed out now. I ordered a cookie with 2 scoops of ice cream. What I got was the wrong cookie with 2 half scoops of ice cream. Also, DD has to process a refund through the restaurant, so who knows how long I'll be online trying to get my $9.50 back. I should have just gone to Star Market.

Cookies were not warm and very small. Especially for the price. Only delivered one scoop w the two small cookies and no utensils to be able to eat it as we are in a hotel. That being said, the flavor of the cookies was very good so if they stop being cheap and get organized it could be an amazing choice.

Note that they don't use the DoorDash delivery app except for ordering so they ONLY text about delivery - I have my texts set to only show known senders so I missed it for 20 minutes. The "pint" of ice cream was 2 small scoops in a pint container for $16. Never again.

One of my cookies came completely destroyed and crumbled up into a big mass, getting chocolate all over the other ones. And one of the other cookies was so much smaller than the others. They were still good but it would've been nicer if they were made and delivered better. I would definitely rather go in person to order, because they do not use DoorDash drivers to deliver.
