The Hawaiian was fantastic and the fries were super crispy and delicious.

The nachos I ordered were complete garbage. Essentially a pile of tacos and jalapeño peppers. I've had the nachos at islands for 15 years. The nachos themselves were burned. There was a small pile of cheese and beans on the center and the nachos were missing guacamole and sour cream which are listed as key ingredients for this item. Islands you are having serious quality control issues. You would've never served this garbage to a customer in person and if you did, they would've sent it back to the kitchen.  oh, but I did receive the utensils that I indicated I did NOT need. Food is way too expensive now for this nonsense.  Not the first time I've had quality issues with islands. I will think twice before ordering from islands again.

The fries were not good cold and taste the oil when I ate a couple and looks like they just gave me some left overs and threw in a packaging , the wings barely had sauce on them . Could have been cooked a little more .

I solely order from this vebdor for the nostalgia of items form my childhood: the fudge brownie sundae brownies are equivalent to Little Debbies, and the fries are good but , cheese fries have not arrived without missing one of the items listed and/or you paid extra for. If from out-of-town or not familiar: either go irl or, use a different vendor.

The fries were hard. The chicken tacos were wet and had a terrible flavor. They forgot one of our orders and their answer was, I'll have my manager call you when things calm down in an hour or two!
