This place is really great. The food was delicious and the ginger sauce was so yummy. I ate until I couldn't hold anymore and I still had this much left for tomorrow. I was also very happy that they got my order completely right. Lately, when I order from DoorDash there is always something missing from my order, but they got everything perfect..... even what I requested in the comments.

I am a big fan of itachi. The first time we ordered, I knew it was going to be a favorite. The prices are solid, the servings are amazing and the flavor is 10/10. We love the yakisoba beef and the Chicken fried rice , the Crab rangoon filling is truly outstanding. The hibachi steak is perfect when I want some veggies with my rice. It's all perfectly cooked every time, which says something when it's being transported.

One of the best restaurants in Universal City. Food is consistently amazing. I find myself getting it multiple times a week. Hibachi Steak few. shrimp and even chicken is worth it.
Coke is a standard size can.

Best ramen I have had in the area. If you want to feed 2, just add extra broth. It tastes fresh. Chicken was incredible! Will be ordering again.

I've had thi place twice. The Hibachi shrimp & scallop on my secon order as divine. Seriously. the unfortunately, the Hibachi Steak was overcooked. asked for medium-rare and got medium-well.
The Susanoo ramen on my first visit was admittedly blander than I expected. The noodles and toppings were good, but broth was underwhelming.
The MISO RAMEN on my second visit was ok, but didn't taste much lie miso. it was very salty. I liked them both about the same but didn't love either.
it was my first (and second) time having ramen from a restaurant so maybe that's just how it is and I'm missing something. my only real grip was the broth.
portions are huge and you definitely get your money's worth. I just wish I could find ramen on the menu that I love.
