• 31/5/25This is the first time we have ever had an issue with J Alexander's and it was not a big deal but not the quality we are used to. The steak burger was not as fresh as usual and the loaded potato was missing sour cream and butter. The cypress salad was ok except for the brown avocado they used and it seemed a smaller portion of crispy chicken. I am sure we will order again, I'm hoping it was just a very busy kitchen time and things were rushed.

• 3/1/26The Alex salads were not worth the money, both had no tomatoes or croutons and the lettuce was old and not fresh. Waste of money! The salmon was cold and unacceptable the rest was just ok. Won't be ordering here seems like the food is only fresh if you eat in

• 10/9/24that was seriously the best cheeseburger I've eaten in a very long time. even the baked potato was delicious! fresh cheese, fresh butter, fresh ingredients make all the difference!!

• 28/1/26Ordered medium burger was literally raw. Mac and cheese smelled like milk was sour and rancid. Never had J Alexander's like this and I eat it in Atlanta frequently.
