I bought a Large Homestyle Ranch Chicken Club Combo and was given a medium chicken patty. So I paid full price for a smaller patty.

Large Sourdough Jack® Combo the sandwich was hard the fries were old and the lemonade was not lemonade
Large Jack's Spicy Chicken® w/ Cheese Combo fries were old and drink was not what was order
Large Chicken Nuggets (8) Combo chicken nuggets were old and dry the fries were old Sprite was just not Sprite it was the fizz without flavor

Delicious fresh food. Except the drink is not secured, please next time secure the lid with tape, put cover to the straw hole to make sure it will not contaminated. Thanks JACKIE

Don't order shakes at night. You won't get them. Instead they'll give you coffee without double checking if that's ok. Morning crew does better. My breakfast orders are always right! Night shift... disappointing from time to time.
