I ordered a "Jumbo Texas Double Jack", but there was literally nothing "double" about it. There was only one patty, and no cheese. In fact, I had to look twice to see if I accidentally ordered from Mcdonalds because it looked more like a kiddy burger. And there was nothing "jumbo" about it either.

Got to have Jack's TACOS! Great value and so tasty! I forgot to add hot sauce on the app & called the store to have them add it, said they would but he didn't. I could tell he wasn't going to when he said the order was probably already picked up but the AWESOME DoorDash app said he wasn't "heading to the store" and I could see he wasn't about 10 minutes out. DoorDash was awesome but the store could do better. He didn't even go throw some hot sauce packets in my bag. I will order again and they came warm & crispy! My only complaint is the food markup price seems so steep but I still use it and have an annual membership.

very tasty, the food was still very hot when i received it. the drinks are huge in my opinion and for a good price. thank you for the great food

Large Bacon & Swiss Buttery Smashed Jack™ Combo everything was so good! probably one of the best fast food burgers. and the curley fries amazing!

Classic Tiny Tacos were great except I didn't receive the avocado sauce. The Spicy Sauced & Loaded Wedges were HORRIBLE, sorry Jack, but they were. The sauce was awful and the wedges basically mashed potatoes, barely could tell they started out as wedges. And I didn't receive a straw with my Large Dr Pepper®
