My 2 chicken sandwiches the bread was terrible and it was cut weirdly, all four of the tacos were greasy the wrappers were dripping in greedy the tacos were not crunchy like they usually are these were soggy and just nasty, will not be returning to this location. The food food was not fresh at all either.

I ordered a Supreme Sourdough Sandwich between 2 and 3 am. I saw my dasher waiting and waiting for the order. I finally got the order and the sandwich was awlful. The bread was stale and not put on the grille with butter. It didn't look like any bread that I've ordered from Jack in the past and the size was small. Supposedly this store is open all day or at least that's what it said on Doordash. Now it says Temporarily closed on DoorDash which is probably a good thing.

I ordered Jack's bundle or something, and the experience truly sucked. The restaurant took forever to prepare the order. The fries and tacos arrived soggy, and all the chicken sandwiches were missing. The delivery driver delivered the order promptly, and the bag was sealed upon arrival, so I have no reason to believe the problem was related to the delivery.

I was supposed to get a large caramel sweet cream coffee and an oreo Oreo® Shake however they were out of oreos and so they wouldnt give me my order unless i agreed on a replacementnot a refund, the drink was never disclosed they didnt have coffee and instead they gave me a small redbull. The drink was not good and tasted very watery.

The Crispy Jack wrap was hard. The chicken was overcooked and the tortilla was stale. I was very disappointed, given that I use Door Dash frequently.
