I've always loved their tacos, the halvsies fries were tasty and the Large Mint Twisted Soda was awesome!!

New fav restaurant! The mini churros are delicious, they have a cinnamon filling and have the perfect crunch, the only downside was i wish it had more churros in the portions or portion options. The curly fries are delicious and seasoned well, and actually curly unlike other fast food options. The first time I went here they did mess up my order but never have after that. I would recommend to all my friends and you too especially if you like a wide variety of food options and a fast food place that don't have to call food "products"

cheese wasn't melted on the grilled cheese part, the burger was put together sloppily- pretty much falling apart. it was wrapped well so it definitely wasn't post packaging. my dasher also had to wait longer than the estimated time

The only thing we could taste is oil from the chicken. No flavor at all, and it was disgusting. The packaging and wrappers were soaked in oil. Homestyle Ranch Chicken Club Combo Jack's Spicy Chicken®

I recently tried Jack in the Box for the first time and decided to order a bundle for a family meal. While the packaging was generally fine, there was a noticeable empty space in the bag when I received it from the delivery driver. Unfortunately, the curly fries were missing.
The portion size was satisfactory, and the burger tasted good, though there were a few burnt crumbs in the wrap. I recommend that the crew double-check or even triple-check orders before handing them out to ensure everything is included.
I have asked my refund, but I was somewhat disappointed that items were missing from the order.
