This is going to be long.... this was the second visit to this location served by the same female. She messed up our order on BOTH OCCASIONS.... SO BAD... the entire order needed to be remade. Next problem... it takes anywhere from 8-15 minutes FOR EACH CAR IN LINE to go thru the drive thru. I've had bad experiences with other Jack In The Box locations but THIS ONE IS THE WORST.
We ordered:
*Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger Combo
(Large, Curly, coke)
*Build Your Own Munchie Meal
(Ultimate cheeseburger, 2 tacos, curly fries and a small Hi-C)
*10 pc Chicken Nuggets
*Stuffed Jalapeños (large)
* Junior Bacon Cheeseburger
$47
What we got was
Ultimate Cheeseburger
Curly fries
10pc nuggets
Junior Bacon Cheeseburger
Now... here's where it gets messed up. We arrived at the window ahead of another car. The lady greets us and asked if we were picking up. She then hands us a bag that has been premade which clearly was too small for what we ordered. STRIKE1 And she left the window. Didn't come back for like 2 whole minutes and surprised to see ya still there. STRIKE2 We explained that the order was NOT OURS. STRIKE3 She had given us the order for the car behind us and now she can't take it back.... FREE FOOD.. ok
When we explained that it wasn't our order she said she could prepare anything that wasn't paid for. STRIKE4. She asked to see my phone so she could view our order. She took my phone to the back somewhere abouta minute later and i assumed it was to show the cook. She comes back to the window and said ok. Sorry bout that. He's making your order now. ..... fast forward. Now we got our bag and I'm experiencing DEJAVU because the bag is ONCE AGAIN TO SMALL FOR WHAT WE ORDERED. We go thru the bag to discover THE ENTIRE BACON ULTIMATE CHEESEBURGER COMBO is missing. Along with the tacos. She apologized and offered a slice of cheesecake for the trouble. A SLICE OF CHEESECAKE.... REALLY????? Ok. She asked what we were missing and explained that it looks like it isn't all there because they were out odd boxes for the munchie meal. Meanwhile there's a stack of boxes TALLER THAN HER RIGHT BEHIND HER. STRIKE5. She ranked the order in her head and confirmed we were missing A BURGER..... really... we were missing the whole meal. She takes off to the back ask the cook to make the bacon ultimate cheeseburger. We discovered the tacos were missing from the bag also.... but this time she didn't come back to the window in a couple minutes..... SHE DIDN'T COME BACK AT ALL DURING THE TOTAL 4 minutes we actually waited before giving up and pulling off. We were refunded $28 of the $47 that we spent. (Cool)
I WILL NEVER.... WE WILL NEVER EAT AT JNB AGAIN. OUR SECOND EXPERIENCE WAS WAAYYY WORSE THAN THE FIRST. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. WHATABURGER IS ACROSS THE STREET

Was charged over 10$ for a shake that they do not serve. Was given a Diet Coke instead of a Dr Pepper. Curly fries were next to RAW. Spent 30$ to be treated like this. Should have known. This Jack n The Box has been a FAILURE for the last few years. Used to be my go to spot. Thought I would give them one more shot. .. Silly me

The tacos are trash. We're supposed to come with cheese and lettuce both were missing. Almost no meat on the tacos. This location is terrible.

Pésimo servicio, nada de lo que pedí me dieron, Los Nashville Hot Popcorn Chicken Big Box Combo Realmente eran Nuggets regulares con la salsa y los Jack's Fan Favs Box with Classic Mozzarella Sticks No estaban los Sticks y al DoorDash no le entregaron la bebida que venia con mi Nashville Hot Popcorn Chicken Big Box Combo, ademas de eso las curly fries no estaban bien hechas las sacaron antes, no vuelvo a ordenar más aquí, es la segunda vez que me pasa
