They don't pay attention to our requests. I specifically asked for "easy ice" and "no ice" on some drinks and what I got was a drink full of ice!! Also burgers poorly made and burnt old fries.

I asked for LARGE combos and I got mediums, I asked for RANCH I got nothing... the fries, I can tell they were thrown back in the oil to reheat them and are SALTY. Im disappointed!

look, normally this store would do great in giving me my orders. but this time, they just didn't deliver. they forgot multiple things, like the sauces, fries and an iced coffee. I understand that a big order like this can be distressing, but even after my driver went back, they still forgot the fries. I just think they can do better.
