Normally this Jack in the Box serves excellent food. Today was the exception. The tacos were dripping grease, the Spicy Nacho Chicken Munchie Meal sandwich only had a small dab of cheese and the Chicken Nuggets (10) were salty and flavorless. The Double Jack® was the only thing in the order that was okay. Big disappointment especially considering the cost.

I have liked this aJack in the Box because they made such yummy food. I'm saving the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl for my breakfast but it does look and smell as good as past orders. The Chicken Fajita Pita was a little oily this time but I enjoyed the mess that comes with this pita because it is always overstuffed with delicious ingredients. My milk shake with the extra cherries was great. However, the Jumbo Egg Rolls (3) order was a disappointment. I'm not sure what I got - fried zucchini or hot poppers but I really can't enjoy them as I am allergic to zucchini and my body can't handle spicy foods. I thought I had selected do not substitute but maybe I left it blank for this item. However, the wrong item was placed in my sack - the Jumbo Egg Rolls (3)were going to be my breakfast! Please be more careful when filling the orders. And I will make sure I select do not substitute.

no photos on my phone. I am going to be telling you the truth however. In honesty, truth doesn't require Back Up photos to substantiate itself. Those were NOT TACOS. THEY COVERED 2 NAPKINS COMPLETELY IN GREASY OIL. They were some kind of mystery meat slapped onto a fried in oil corn tortilla , each with a half slice of not-real-American cheese. Too awful to eat, the slippery, greasy things. Not any lettuce not a bit of a tomato. AWFUL!! Grease went through the package and the bottom of the brown bag left a grease spot,size of a saucer, on our couch. The shake was good but didn't make up for the Two taco disaster.

Was really looking forward to my large chocolate shake. The only fast food that has a good ice cream/shake rn. Poor communication/advertisement. Wouldn't be so low of a rating if it wasn't so expensive.
