Normally am a little apprehensive to order the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl but it was TOO good from this location, the rice was perfectly cooked and the chicken was juicy!

All the food was so fresh and I love the items were packed separately not stacked on each other. Haven't had jack in a very long time but the portions were amazing and after a long and hard day this was just what I needed. Going to order again!!!

The crew working at JB at Preston and Alexis Sunday night all need a raise!! This food is fresh and made as it looks on the menu! I wanna send kudos for yall including tacos sauce and ketchup! I cant thank this crew enough! Hope the manager takes the review seriously and shares the feedback

my Dasher followed all directions and was right on time. the onion rings were a bit old to my liking but how quick my Dasher was replaced that. Mini Churros are always on point
