This store has been getting really sloppy. The "teriyaki bowl" looked like it just had the food flung in it like it was an afterthought. Very sloppy. And I tried calling the store 3 or 4 times and I couldn't get thru. The phone number doesn't work.

Either you changed the way you cooked your onion rings or the staff is not paying attention to the proper cooking temperature. This is the second time it was WAY overcooked. It used to be good but now not edible.

Won't order the Jack's Party Bundle again. The only things that gave the "fresh" vibe were the tacos. How old were the fries? Tasted stale. Just disappointed.

I appreciate they were open Christmas Day and I appreciate how amazing the food was. Idk what the chef did but it was gassss. Especially the chicken sandwich tasted so good.
