The curly fries were absolutely horrible they were the bottom of the basket and tasted like they were the leftover scraps from all the days cooking. in fact, they were the scraps because they were all very little, burned, and hard. the chicken sandwich had nothing on it. It was supposed to come with a sauce, and it was absolutely dry. I also requested taco sauce which was absent as well!

This Jack in the Box location cooks better than any other JNB I've ever been to, everything is always perfect. You guys should train all the other locations to keep it fresh and cook it right like you do.

The food was disgusting and cold; the portion of the fries were a joke and didn't even come in the package they just threw them in there, the cluck sandwich was pretty bad it was soggy like water and the taco looked like a diaper, the freshness of it was just bad and I would not order again.

I didn't get any napkins or any ketchup for my fries. Also I barely got any fries which really upsets me
