Ordered the munchie meal and it came exactly as I had asked , but the hot coffee I ordered and asked to exclude cream or sugar was instead an iced coffee that had both :(
The food is still great though

I was disappointed in the size of the burgers. Also, the tomatoes are the size of the pickle, meat bland. These fast food places are raising prices while the quality of the food is declining.

The Seasoned Curly Fries and 6 Taco Party Pack was very good. The only issue we found was the taco shells were fairly stale and hard to eat.

It was my first time trying Jack in the Box and very disappointing. The fans box was cold, stale, and no where near fresh. Felt like I got left overs from 2 days ago.. The chicken sandwich was dry and rough. I will be very hesitant to ever try JitB ever again.
