Wow amazing service. I've ordered from this exact jack n the box several times before and never gave I received such great service, food, and packing before. My food was hot and fresh, I received everything I asked for and even extra sauce & proper utensils. Not sure what has changed but keep it up!

Everything in my order was perfect from my 6 two tacos that I ordered. They are fresh. They have everything that I ordered on there which was a lot of lettuce cheese and the extra sauce on the tacos. They gave me a lot of hot sauce and of course, a couple of napkins. I would love to order from here again. It made my morning lovely and also I had a wonderful DoorDash.

The order was cold. My French toast was hard over fried. Do not order from this Jac n the box. The eggs Were horrible and the bacon and sausage were extr bad.

The 3PC Crispy Chicken Strips were refried so were the churos. I guess the two tacos were ok.

The food is good but this restaurant always refuses to make my Large Oreo® Shake. I know the workers do want to clean the machine every time but it unfair that I payed for it already and they refuse to give me my order.
