Dear Jack... Jumbo Egg Rolls (3) and drink were great! I took away a star because there ought to be a law against selling finger food with no napkins! Seriously this store hoards them like they are made of gold.

The Two Tacos surprised me. I was expecting your average Taco-Bell/ Del Taco quality hardshell taco, but they weren't like that at all. They were tasty, the shell was greasy, which made it soft, which was actually quite enjoyable, and the meat had a little heat to it which i was not expecting at all but was a welcome surprise.
The Classic Grilled Jack Wrap was pretty tasty, kept dunking it in the Good Good sauce, very nice. Grilled chicken is always welcome.
The Caramel Sweet Cream Iced Coffee is something I've ordered multiple times and never fails to disappoint.

I always choose this location. they don't get my orders wrong. hefty portions of fries, always tastes fresh! the crew are always the best!

We got wrong drinks. The large fries and curly fries were cold, old and were halfway filled. Beef patties looked like they were in the warmer for a long time. I used to work at Jack and I get that they precook the patties for rush hour but this was ridiculous. I love going to this Jack but today they failed me.

Though the food was packaged securely the Large French Fry were cold, the sourdough on the Loaded Breakfast Sandwich Combo was hard, the hashbrown was fried hard & burned. I did enjoy the Chicken Nuggets (10) & orange juice. The other items were not enjoyable so to the garbage they went
