Love the Chicken Finger Snack 3pc, just wish it came with two sauces or a way to request two.

The breast that I paid extra for was smaller than the thigh my wife ordered. The thigh and breast were both left under the lamp too long. Very dry.

Food was okay. A lot of our Chicken Finger Box 20pc was small crispy pieces for some reason. What fingers was actually there was good but not for the price when a portion of them are uneditable crispy small chunks. Maybe it was just a one off.

Per usual with this location, you're spinning the wheel, especially with the more often than not hideous & absolute lack of customer service.
If you don't have something, don't offer it on the menu, then insist you don't wish to swap or replace it. Seriously?? You don't even offer the parts of the meal that you actually have??? LAZY! Poor management & quality control.
...And Crispy Chicken BLT Salad does not require half a container of pepper.
The Buttered Biscuit was good though.

Our Dasher had to call from the store because they no longer serve the Country Style BBQ Rib Sandwich AT ALL. She was told that, apparently, despite its appearance on both ads and the menu, the sandwich is no longer offered anywhere, at all.
The fries were absolutely inedible, tasting as though an entire box salt was used. We stayed away from Jack's historically too salty fries - and now they're even saltier, and it's disgusting. Don't order the fries, especially at this location.
