I have had break from several DoorDash restaurants but none are as good as Jack's. The food is always fresh and hot.

One of the 2 three piece chicken dinners had only 3wings. The other had 1 breast and 2 wings. The person told my husband that we could get a replacement tomorrow at noon. They said that since it was later in the evening some of the newer employees just pack what they have left. Very glad they will make it right.

I order at least 2-3 times a week from this restaurant and I'm almost always completely satisfied but today my hash browns were dumped on top of my gravy, grits, eggs, and bacon. The hash browns are normally in a separate bag.

The fries were gross! They tasted like they had either been sitting out a while or the fryer grease was old. The grilled chicken seemed kinda old too and it had too much pepper

The cheeseburger was very tasty and fresh. The fries were slightly undercooked.
