I gave 4 stars only because they waited until my driver had been there for 10 mins before they informed him that they only had wings left for the 2pc chicken meal and id ordered a leg and thigh. I did request they replace it with tenders and they did and also gave me extra sides anda biscuit. Food was hot and packaged with care. I do wish they would've made the chicken a little sooner instead of him having to wait so long to find out. Other than that, everything was good.

The food was not hot when it arrived and I know it was not the drivers fault, he picked up the order almost immediately. the slaw was hot and tasted off/old. I was given multiple sauce cups that had less than a teaspoon of sauce. The fries were undercooked and soggy, whomever placed them in the bag did so upside-down. The Chicken Finger Box 20pc would've been good if hot. Not much care was given by the staff at Jack's. The quality was low. the Plain Biscuits were overdone and old. I could've used them to hammer nails into plywood. You guys have almost lost a customer. I will give another shot and if bad I won't be back. The citronelle location was a massive disappointment and I had multiple bad orders until I quit going. So if the same person owns the one in Creola you guys may want to make a change.

it was pretty decent but25 dollars is crazy their shake was full of oreos their burger reminds me of a sonic burger overall 7/10

Fountain Drink was not with order Fried Chicken Box 12pc was hot and fresh Mashed Potatoes with Gravy one was full one was half empty

Chicken tasted like it was fried in old grease that needed to be changed. My order was wrong. Didn't get everything I paid for. I will say this will not keep me from eating there. Because I know their food is really good. So I will not let one experience change my mind about eating there.
