I hate that you can't select what donuts you want for your mix of 6.. but other than that I was happy with my order. I placed my order through DoorDash, then called the store as I'm out of town and having this delivered to my mother at her job. A young man answered the phone and took my request down to write a note in the box! Super awesome of them to take the time to do that. My mom's a nurse and just like the jacks donuts staff, she was dedicated during this snow storm to get to work and take care of others! I sadly didn't get a bite, but mom says they were fresh and soft! From a true donut lover, that's 10/10. Keep up the good work. I had ordered 6 donuts, she is sharing them now with her coworkers :) thanks again jacks employees, YOURE outstanding! I wish I got that man's name to give a personal shoutout!

This location used to be great, but the donuts are now undersized, poorly made, and sometimes taste stale - very disappointing considering they are some of the most expensive on the market!

Awful service every time. They never get the quantity or type of unit correct. I understand the type as they run out of items but why not substitute for a similar donut. I ordered 12 donuts today and got 5. And the store doesn't seal or add receipts to their boxes anymore. Poor customer service!

Donuts were very stale. I obviously received Donuts from the day before. I have never gone to any other bakery in town and have not received fresh donuts on the day of purchase. I had stopped going here because this happened before. I thought I gave them another shot....but I can now see this is the norm for them. There will not be a third try. I do not recommend them.
