Gravy was like jello not fresh , biscuits are still doughy and barely any bacon on the biscuit..

There was an issue with the stack of pancakes wit bacon for $3.59 as noted on Door Dadh site. The door dash menu states 3 pancakes per order however when I received my order rder it only had 1 pancake. The receipt from Jacks shows 1 pancake for $3.59. I called Jacks Guntersville manager, Christy and she said that was the way the order came from Door Dash. And if my memory is correct, a stack of pancakeswith bacon when order directly to Jacks is about the same price. If I may please request DoorDash and Jack's to communicate this issue/error and make necessary adjustments to remedy the problem. Thank you

The crispy chicken salad is usually incredible. The bacon was lite strips torn in half, I requ no toma but there they were and every time I order this it comes with atleast two lit cups of dressing, crackers and a fork, none of that was with it this time only one small cup of dressing. The taste was acceptable but overall the order was disappointing this time.

Usually the ham biscuit is the full size piece but this time both looked like they split one piece in half. Very disappointed.
