Everything was cooked perfectly AND we received all the requested pieces of chicken. Whoever is working the afternoon shift deserves a pat on the back for doing a great job!

Sandwich was smashed and rolled in the wrapper. More mayo and mustard on the wrapper and all over than actually in the sandwich. Patties burnt and dry. Ultimately inedible. Drink so full of ice I couldn't get a straw in it. And when I did I took 2 sips and it was gone. But Thanks for my $3 large drink

The chickens great but our mashed potatoes were soupy and sour (someone didn't make them right). Also came in black styrofoam containers instead of the typical box with the sides in individual containers so it was kind of sloppy for a to go order.

usually everything is good but this time I ordered deluxe meal. i tried to call in advance because there's no way to say no grits I'll pay extra for more egg just be able to say no grits.this order came in white separatestyrofoam. egg, a biscuit,NO SAUSAGE, sausage gravy, hash brown, and the grits usuallysmell like grits today it smelled like death blehhh, nasty.

There were no grits, wha few grits there was was mixed in with the gravy. Eggs were dry, turned dark yellow and dry. They said they didt have the ice coffee, but they did, others had it. This Jack's has gotten very bad on ser and food. Was of my money
