• 10/1/25order was Fried Chicken Dinner 3pc Grilled Chicken Sandwich and it was all hot fresh and delicious 😋 definitely will be ordering again also s fork was provided without me having to ask I simply love this place

• 14/2/22They did not follow special instructions left off an item and did not include jelly as requested. also, the gravy they did include was only 1/4 filled. I was unae to enjoy my meal because the gravy was missing. should have been refunded for the 2 plain biscuits as well being that the gravy I got to go on the wasn't there. I usually love Jack's bit this was very Poor service.

• 22/2/26I have ordered the 3 piece chicken many times. Every time, everything has been delicious except last night. It was cold, tasteless and the breast was undercooked. Awful!

• 13/7/24the chicken was very hard and crispy you can tell that when I put the order in they took chicken off the line and dropped it back in the grease fries were soggy and not hot at all very bad experience and I actually love jacks

• 11/6/24The Fried Chicken Dinner 2pc was still piping hot when it got to me and surprisingly crispy. Unfortunately, putting everything in paperbags and letting it steam made the fries disgusting. I did request ranch and did not receive it and also was not given a straw for my sprite. I think delivery does this restaurant a bit of a disservice because the chicken and potatoes were (REALLY) great but lack of straw and needed sauces, as well as soggy fries takes it down a star.
