This is a regular order for me, and usually the store is reliable, but today was a bad day for Jamba Juice. My order was not sealed in a delivery bag as usual, but rather the drink and pretzel were left with out any type of seal and unwrapped. The pretzel was completely open. It was also hard as a rock. It wasn’t edible.

Mixed berry bar not available in stores, but is on the app. They did substitute with a waffle which was more expensive and didn't charge me the difference which was great. Smoothie was awesome as always.

so the smoothie i order was fine, but I paid an extra dollar for peanut butter on my smoothie bowl and didn't get it. not to mention the bowl is half full??😭 i mean yall for $15 I'm disappointed would like my money back if ya'll see this, Jamba

I usually love Jamba Juice, but my recent order was disappointing. I ordered two items — one was missing, and the other was sloppily wrapped in tinfoil, not proper packaging. The smoothie bowl had random frozen berries, was missing key ingredients, and didn’t taste right. Sadly, this isn’t the first time I’ve had missing items and wrong orders here. The quality and staff seem inconsistent. Be careful with this location.
