Very nicely done tempura rolls. (Scarfed it down, very deliciously.) Perfect amount of sauce and loved the wasabi and soy additions. Miso soup was perfection also. Great temperature (ordered to go), flavor and super hearty. I love Miso soup and definitely judge. There are alot of sushi places in the area. This one earned its stamp of approval. Will be back to try more on the menu.

The sushi was so fresh! Miso soup was hot and favorful, it hit the spot on this chilly night. The tempura was crispy and fresh. I have enjoyed Japanese Castle for over 5 years!

Always fresh and tasty! I always order here because I never had a bad sushi here. Always fresh ingredients and the seafood to rice ratio is the best. I love this place

Portion is ridiculously small for a 16 dollar roll. (7 pieces to be exact) They seem to always miss ingredients that are clearly listed and shown in the pictures. I've tried giving this place another chance but I can't justify what I paid, for what I received. Would not order again.

California Roll Cut with added cream cheese. OMG!!! Very fresh and delicious. And the Avocado Fries are phenomenal!!! Wish I could find this at home!!!
