I picked 4 different types of cookie to make up and a dozen but received all one type without so much as a, "hey we only have these, is that okay"... the cookies are good and fresh. Zero complaints there. I'll give'm another try, see how it goes.

Cookies were not fresh. They were definitely a day old which was disappointing as I've not experienced that before from here

Always good, but call ahead to see if they have what you want. No opportunity to choose substitutions on the order form.

Had two cookies, Oatmeal Raisin and m&m, and Blueberry muffins . Cookies were made with too much sugar, and tasteless. Muffins were dry and also tasteless.
