• 25/2/26Not thrilled with our experience, as both of the subs we ordered were made incorrectly. For each sub being $21.50, you'd hope to receive what you ordered. I'm currently recovering from surgery and unable to drive and my husband works full time with limited time for breaks/lunch. This was my treat to him for having to do everything on top of caregiving and he couldn't even eat his sub due to allergies. I called and let the store know and they said they could remake it and we could come and pick it up, really nice offer, but again I can't drive currently. Waiting to see if the refund they promised happens. Just really bummed I didn't get the sub I've been craving!
Our door dasher was 100% top notch though!!!

• 19/9/23I did a group order for 2 different meetings. There were only numbers on the receipt and on the sandwiches. I tried to look at the order on-line and it showed what each sandwich was, but not the name of the person who added it to the order. some people could not remember what they ordered and there was no way to pull it up. The subs are good but my advice would be to avoid a group order until there is a way to identify all the names.

• 3/12/24Painfully slow service. They had not even started my sandwich when I arrived after ordering online. 3 men were working. The meat wasn't cut and prepped. They were so disorganized. One woman could have handled the 4 customers they had at anyone moment in time. When I got to my office my coworker said "I told ya so" about going to this location . Lesson learned.
