I failed to make modifications on my order before placing it and when I called to ask they had already made it! Thats how fast they got the job done. Since it was my error I was ok with leaving it be, but another employee must of overheard and called me right back to offer to remake the sandwhich! Talk about going above and beyond, that made my night, and my sandwhich was exactly how I like it. Alissa, thank you for being so thoughtful!

My favorite sandwich shop, I can't put it in words how tasty it was! I would order it again and again every week if I could. It was so fresh and I could eat a big portion of the sandwich and leave no crumbs. Love it💗

Long-time customer. It had been a while since I ordered. This order, the bread was old and stale. overall, the quality was pretty bad very bland. Did not taste fresh at all. The quality has definitely gone downhill. The bag of chips were very small, but the cost is still the same or actually has gone up so. I won't be ordering again.

We really love Jersey Mike's. The only suggestion I will make is the bread needs to be fresher. Sometimes the bread we get is hard and I'm an older person and having false teeth it's hard for me to eat, especially on the ends, and I usually order the bigger portions so I can have one for the next day but everything else is delicious. The portion size is good, but in the taste is fantastic. The only suggestion is the freshness of the bread. The bread needs to be fresh.

very 1st time for Jersey Mike's. significantly better than several other sub shops/sandwich shops #66 Portabella Cheese Steak excellent California Club Sub wrap was good...will try as a sandwich next time.
