An item was missing on my order, which was on the receipt. The driver went out of his way and went back to the store, and brought the missing item from my order to me.
That's going "ABOVE & BEYOND"!!!

I LOVE JIMMY JOHNS, but today they took almost a whole hour to get naked and delivered. It said 20 minutes and I get that it's usually a little more than what is says, but an hour? For 2 sandwiches?? They tasted good tho so it's a 3 star.
