Our sandwichest had barely any toppings, and there was a very unpleasant taste to the avocado spread. Definitely not worth the price.

Order placed at 8:39pm delivered at 8:57pm - amazing service! Appreciate the repreive from hospital food lol! So delicious! My DoorDasher Gary was awesome!

I've ordered through JJ's app and through the Door Dash app. I really like JJ's menu however, delivery has failed me the last 4 orders. the JJ Driver doesn't utilize GPS. My order tracking never updates from "Preparing" status. Upon calling local JJ they state "Order is out for delivery" I've utilized Door Dash regularly over the past few years and other delivery apps and only have this negative experience when Jimmy John's is involved. The previous deliveries from JJ's have involved 1-2 phone calls to JJ's after an hour of no updates and an average of over 2 hours to deliver order. Including waiting 3 hours due to the order missing items. Can you provide some insight or follow up?
