Super consistent for ingredient substitutions. JJs is the only sandwich shop I feel confident getting what I order, and I love the slim options if I just want something simple.

I placed an order for a #2 BIG JOHN® and a THE J.J. GARGANTUAN® - the same thing I always order. The roast beef was bad and the gargantuan wasn't made properly as it didn't have the right ingredients. Very disappointed.
