I do not understand how anyone can mess up a sandwich. Perhaps JJ should stick to cold sandwiches because we both did not enjoy our orders. Our sandwiches were dry and tasteless with an excessive amount of lettuce. Fillings kept falling out because the bread was too narrow. It was overall a bad experience.
