Everything came and was made right... however, no communication because they have their own drivers and it came 15 minutes later than projected (ordered at 3:01, latest drop-off time 3:27, definitely didn't get here until 3:42). Also, as you can see in my picture thatI got the GIANT #17 ULTIMATE PORKER®.... came uncut. Probably protocol not to be cut, but weird that a 16 inch sandwich wouldn't be cut anywhere lol. Other than that, everything was cool, driver was cool, directions were followed, food tastes good

I love Jimmy John's. I'm addicted to my Turkey Tom sandwich, they make it just the way I like it.  You can definitely call me a regular customer.

The food was great, but they stappled the bags to one another which made it a little awkward. Everyones food was top notch.
