Sandwiches are consistently great. Good quality of meats and fresh bread. I only wish they allowed special requests.

Admittedly I haven't eaten from Jimmy Johns in quite a while, but when I opened my sandwich I was shocked at how much smaller they are than they used to be. Annoying to be paying more than they used to cost for a smaller product. I'll just make my sandwiches at home.

I asked for my sandwich to be toasted and part of it was burnt which made the entire sandwich taste burnt
