This is third time Jimmy John has left something off my order. I am very disappointed with them, they used to be amazing. Thankfully DoorDash has fixed the missing items, but I don't think we will be ordering from there again.

This has been the second time I have ordered pick up an hour prior and it not be ready when I arrive. Not that big of a deal, but is frustrating. Hopefully it gets better!

I received this sub with no meat inside of it. I called the store and the first employee told me they would remake it and redeliver it to the ER where I am working. I received a phone call 5 minutes later from the manager, Morgan, that I had to return the old sub before they would remake it. I told Morgan that the sandwich was eaten because it would get thrown away. Morgan then told me that I was lying because she personally made the sandwich herself. As you can see in the photo, no meat on a turkey beach club. Worst Jimmy Johns location Ive ever encountered and I travel all over the US for work. Dont order from here if you want your food done correctly because they wont fix their mistakes.
