I ordered my sandwich hot/toasted, but they toasted it with the lettuce and mayo already on it. The heat made the sandwich soggy and the taste was really off. Fresh toppings like lettuce and mayo should be added after toasting, not before. Pretty disappointing, especially since the whole point is supposed to be fresh ingredients.

I love the veggie sandwhich. I dont even miss the meat. I love ordering the bbq chips witha side of the ranch. Ahhhhh tasty tastyyyyy
