Customer service was amazing when they had to call about running out of salami. The order was super fast and amazing

order was never made or delivered. restaurant thought it was acceptable to call after an hour and a half and ask I I still wanted the food but could not tell me when it would arrive because the driver was busy

Love Jimmy John's sandwiches for a quick lunch. Over an hour to get a sandwich out the door and another half hour to deliver it only a couple blocks? Not freaky fast.
