Day 2 of opening.
Food did not disappoint! I will always order!!!
Employees were amazing! One of the owners was behind the counter and was helpful to the employees!
Waiting for my order this is what was noticed...
Customers coming through the door didn't know where to order (door and counter are kitty corner)
The order counter was really confusing! B&R case is right next to the JJ order counter. So there are B&R customers trying to order, JJ customers trying to find the line to order and it is a bit chaotic. I overheard more than one B&R customer ask where they pay when I was traversing the JJ line.
Hopefully, when we the customers are trained how to maneuver the lines, it will be less chaotic.
Over all.... WELCOME TO YELM!!! Can't wait for my next sammie!

My chicken bacon ranch sandwich was very sloppy wet, appeared to be old made, mush chicken and just a mess. The club lulu had old turkey with lots of brown veins throughout. Looked like very old meat. This is the first time I've had bad food from them but it is really bad.

Definitely not impressed. Never had JJ before, always told how meaty and huge they are. Bacon is way too crispy, hardly any meat on either. Extremely disappointing

Unclean, cross contaminated ice cream scoops from nut to nut free ice creams. Management is awful and disrespectful to their employees. Frequently out of many items. Inconsistent product.

Take a look at the real sandwich, not the photo. Be careful what you pay $25 for...
That said, food was fresh but...super small
