Eggs were good, hash was very dry and I thought hashbrowns were shreds, ended up being patties which suck in my opinion.

Took a gamble on ordering my Benedict from a new place.
The English muffin on the Irish Benedict was very unlike what I was expecting. It was very thin and pancake-like. Hollandaise sauce is missing something. Needs more lemon I think? Benedict as a whole could really benefit from salt and pepper. Hash was bland and too soft. Eggs were poached beautifully, though. 4/10. Very bland and odd textures.
The loaded hash browns seemed like it was only going to be cheese and bacon from the item description's preview. It also had onion and pepper and jalapeños. None of which I like to eat cooked, unfortunately. Overall, even if it were just the cheese and bacon, it wasn't pleasant. Really, nothing was good about it. Textural nightmare. Too many ingredients that all were trying to overwhelm one another. 1/10.
If you've found a place where you like the benedict, stick with it.
