Very fresh, flavourful, and consistent in quality. I order from Jin all the time, it's my favorite sushi spot. I especially love the spicy salmon roll.

I ordered the CO13. Premium Salmon Lover Set and the AP1. Edamame. Both were pretty good, but the sushi did not feel the freshest, and some of the edamame were kind of dry. Overall tastes good but could be a bit better. The portions are very correct and somewhat generous.

The premium CR19. Premium Salmon Roll and HR2. Salmon Hand Roll were fresh and tasty! Good portion as well. Will order again.

The rolls were good, tasty and good quality. The ebi (shrimp) sushi was awful, the shrimp was rubbery and smelled chemically
