Quality Tea or Qualitea! Their boba is delicious (yes, the flavor of the boba is a notch above the rest) and usually it has great chewy texture. They do have off days but rarely.

the Sunny Honey was a bit too bitter for my personal liking but the Matcha Latte with Brown Sugar was perfect! i'm in love with the packaging of the teas and appreciate how much is in the bottles. i'll definitely order the Matcha Latte with Brown Sugar again but probably not the Sunny Honey

We asked for less creamer in the Oriental Beauty Oolong Milk Tea and somehow they put even more so it just tastes like im drinking milk. There is barely any tea flavor.
