The crispy rice with tuna was a total 10/10. The Tonkotsu was flavorful, but the broth not as creamy as most ramen I have had. The portion was also a bit smaller than a lot of ramen spots. I would definitely go back, but I have also had better.

The Caramelized Cauliflower was not only not good but insanely overpriced for the portion size. The Steamed Rice was also a super small portion for the price I paid, one of them came half full and all of them were dry.

Yall are the GOATS. Pork Gyoza ( 6pcs)* and JINYA Bun (1pc)* so good!! Smaller portions but worth the money. Very fresh but right around the corner.

Really yummy. Seperated noodles from broth which kept everything fresh. I will say not much broth was given but what was there was delicious as always. It is a little ridiculous to charge $1.73 for hot sauce that they have readily available at all the tables when you eat there. I spent $21 on a soup and I cant have a small hot sauce on the side to flavor it? Seems like a rip off. Love their food thiugh. Ngl

This was great ramen. The thin noodles are spot on. Chewy and bouncy but light. Everything seems really fresh. The egg was amazing. The Spicy Chicken Ramen* was so good. The hot level was spicy! A lot of heat. The JINYA Tonkotsu Black* did not disappoint. Classic broth. The meat was tender and flavorful. We will be ordering again......soon.
